A guy is trading it in on a 330CiC, the dealer is a friend of mine and he told me he's buying it for 22K, he said the only thing that's happened to it is that the spoiler got ripped off on a curb, common if you're not careful. I'm supposed to look at it today, drive it etc. Oh, one more thing, its loaded, but the interior color is a bit akward, to say the least....its called MAGMA, more like yellow-orange! Any more thoughts?
Thanks again

Price is REALLY cheap. Check all body panels for DOT-R stickers, showing its been wrecked and look for matching VIN numbers on those same panels. M3's have VIN stickers EVERYWHERE, even behind the license plate.

Get it independantly inspected by a BMW mechanic and have the subframe checked out. Do a leakdown test to see if piston compression is even across the board to see if the engine is ragged or screwed up somehow. Usually something that cheap is too good to be true.

Is it CPO? If so, you have recourse if its a lemon. Also, check Carfax to see about salvage title or flood history. Sniff, sniff. I smell a rat. Just be doubly cautious.

Good luck.
