You can look yourself to see if any body panels were replaced: there's a sticker with the BMW logo and car's own VIN on each of the removable pieces like doors, hood, trunk, front fenders, & behind rear license plate. If any are not original, there will be a sticker that reads 'DOT-R'. Be sure the stickers match each other in terms of the car's VIN.
