I can't speak about that company but I have had a lot of dealings with extended warrenty providers and my advice to you is that the non BMW extended warrentys are rarely worth the paper they are printed on. Just a few examples, one customer with a 95 M3 with 58000 miles and non BMW extended warrenty with Vanos failure was told they were not covered even though the warrenty covered internally lubed engine parts. These companys send out clame inspectors who's soul purpose is to find any reson to deni your clame, and they do just that. Another customer was told that there cracked piston was caused by detonation (correct) and that it was there fault because they should have herd the detonation and stoped driving the car(impossible and unresonable, you can't hear detonation at wide open throttle I know first hand.) The BMW warrenty is very good for the items covered, if your no eligable for it you minght be better off just taking that 1900$ and putting it in you savings account just incase you need it in sted of getting a warrenty that minght be useless.

Anybody have experience "Repair Master Vehicle Service Contract" by company called Warrantech? It's about $1900 with $50 deductible and covers "mostly" everything (except some typical exclusions) for 5-yr/100K-mi.

~or~

Does BMW have a used car warranty that can be purchased for a low mileage non-CPO car?

TIA
Norm
