Its ok, I fealt I overpaid for mine too last may, a 1998 with 4,800 miles. Then I realized, I paid what I was willing to pay at the time, for that partcular car, so that is not overpaying. As someone said, if you are not happy with what you got, then you overpaid no matter even if you got it for 10,000 below average price. I thought about upgrading, but 60,000+ with TT&L seemed too much for me.

Side note: I would not be happy with the very base E46M3 that goes for 45,000.
