you need to hold the rpms at about 3k, then slowly (not too slowly) let out the clutch. i have a heavy duty clutch, so i don't know if the stock one can handle this too well.
if you choose the other method,, there is a fine line between bogging and spinning when you drop the clutch. around 2850 seems to be the launch point for just dropping the clutch, but the smooth route is definitely faster.

Do you rev it up then release the clutch quick (wheel spin, car rocks side way before moving) or do you rev it up and then slowly release clutch (smoother launch)?
