I have not dynoed the car yet,.. but I probably will in the near future before I get the cams and 24 lb injectors. Right now on my 95 M3 I'm guessing I have at least 275-280 HP, and I think it's on the conservative side. Jim C's euro HFM system was dynoed at adding 29-30 HP, ERT doesn't have claims on their pulley on 95 M3's, but they claim 13-15 HP and 25-28 lbs torque on 96 + (I have heard the figures are better on the 95 but ymmv), and the B&B Tri-Flo.. well I won't even mention what they claim which I think was over 15 hp which you and I know is bs, I would think 10-15 HP max with reduced weight. Finally a short shift kit won't add power but does allow for quicker shifting. I think we all know you can't just add up all the HP figures you hope to get off your mods and come up to a total and assume you have that much, that's why I speculate at my HP until I can get it on a dyno. :)
