The Tri-Flo (quiet version) B&B is barely under that.. if your Mozart is louder than the B&B, then you're definitely over...

Then again, no one really busts for that I think unless you're in Fremont (NoCal) or in Irvine (SoCal). Ok ok .. so those are the cities I personally have been cited in.. there's probably more..
