In Reply to: brakes and pads and rotors ?! OH MY ! HELP posted by bossman on February 25, 2001 at 18:25:33:

What does the 30 day warranty outline in it? Does it cover the brakes and rotors? If not you got screwed to a degree in that they most likely purposely disconnected the sensor so they would not have to foot the bill. Anyway, if you want to go with an aftermarket Braking System then you are going to spend some$$$ consider simply going with some slotted or crossed drilled rotors and just the stock brake pads and you'll improve the cars braking capability and you will probably save alot of $$$ since the stock rotors are alot of money. A big brake kit or floating rotor system with better calipers run at least $1,800 up to $3,000 for the Porsche system. Good luck
