I drill one hole and put a heavy gauge key ring through it, then jack the car up, reach into the air scoop and pull the string through the fog light housing, which will then pull the light from inside of the light housing and secure it in the housing. Now you have the string in your hand, under the car, look around, use your imagination and fasten it somewhere other than tie-rod end, brake line/caliper, suspension, wheels,...etc. I secure it on the balance bar, which remain stationary most of the time, othe rthan posible twisting motion. Anyway, it sounds pretty sketchy, but once again there is no way to detect my primitive engineering other than burying your head under my front bumpper.
After all, you can always buy a new fog light for $75.00 and the housing for $35.00. But it will require even more work to replace it.
