Need opinions on SSR GT1 wheel width...(m) (archive)

I have decided to purchase a set of 18" SSR GT1 wheels for my 95 M3. I know they make a 18x8 and 18x9 (for some reason, the 18x9 isnt on tirerack anymore). I am wondering what setup I should do with the wheels widths/tire widths. I am getting the Kumho Ecsta tires. They make 235/40-18, 245/40-18, and 255/35-18.

I know I am putting 18x8 with 235/40-18 tires in front. I am just unsure about the rears.

With those two wheel choices and the three tire choices, what would you guys recommend for the back?
