The people there will know what works. Lucky for you, I owned and heavily modded an e36 325i. You have a great car. Mods?
Engine: JC or AA Chip, Ecis Intake, and used M3 (or aftermarket) exhaust.
Suspension: RD sways, bilstein shocks, used M3 (or aftermarket) springs, and 17" tire/rim. (If you already have the bmw "sport suspension w/ 16" rims, etc. All you need is the RD sways)

Just curious what would be the first couple steps in upgrading a e36 325i?
