I am having the same problem... noise over small bumps... it's on the passenger front. Found out the is some free-play on the sway bar end link too... thanks for the resolution.

If you have a strange low-speed front end rattle that is heard when only one wheel hits a bump, check your sway bar end links for play in the ball joints. Mine had just a bit of play, but made a lot of noise. Put in some new links ($45) today, and boo-yow, the noises are gone and the car feels great!

BTW, the dealer missed the problem.
