I have heard ALOT of bad things about shark, about 50% say it helped and 50% say it hurt. this is not a bad alternative for OBDII owners. I think that its worth it if it actually makes power. I heard from one "shark" owner that the dynoed his car with Shark, then without, he GAINED 7 HP and torque without the shark program. so that tells you something. And this is no different you simply plug in one chip and take the other out, its basically a shark but it works, thats the only difference.

Just buy a shark injector. No sending your ECU anywhere, no downtime, no opening the firewall, no extra $300 to pay.

If you read it where the pictures are suppose to show up there it says "with special solder equipment we take the chip off". I work with micro processors (chips) and you can't have both chips on a the same time. It would short or burn up your ECU

I think what they mean is you send the ECU in the first time. The desolder the chip and solder in a socket to accept either the new chip or your original. The ECU is shipped back with everything. After that, you can then swap chips whenever you want without returning the ECU. At least that's the way I interpret it.

Rgds,
Norm
