How much should I pay what should I look for? What's the horsepower, speed, 0-60, modifications plus and minus of this car?

you should expect to pay $30K for a clean '97lux with about 40K miles. 0-60 is 5.9 sec. mods are up to the individual. My thoughts on mods are if done tastefully, more the merrier!
