after a chip, here is what I would do for a street car, and perhaps in this order:

- intake (on a 95 OBDI, do the Euro HFM as well)
- exhaust (not so much for power, but weight)
- bigger injectors (24lb Bosch from 96+ M3)
- Supersprint header
- high flow cat (if your state allows)
- cams
- change your rear diff to a 3.46
- flywheel

That will get you some power and/or make your drive a little more exciting!
