Okay guys, Help!

I have a 98 M3/4 that has about 55,000 miles on it. The tires I have are Yoko AVS Sports, and they've been on for about 3,000 miles. From 80 MPH and up, there is this vibration that gets increasingly worse. My wheels are not bent, I've never hit a curb. I just had them balanced 3 days ago, and they said the front two were out of balance. The vibration is still there.

My question is, how often to you rebalance?
How often do you check air pressure?
What pressure do you guys run in your tires?
And most importantly, what the hell could this be?

Kinda strange, the only thing I could think would be an alignment, and that doesn't sound very fun.
Anyone know the price of an alignment at a dealership?

Thanks so much for your help.
