I've got a panasonic PV-SD4090 it really good cause it uses a super disk drive instead of regular floppy disketts. One super disk can hold up to 1500 pics at good quallity or 950 pics at very good or 400 at super good quality. It also doubles at an super disk drive (storage device) instead of just being able to upload and download pics I can also put any kinda file I want and move it from computer to computer. Check it out. Only bad thing is its kinda big but only as big as Sonys floppy drive cameras

my archaic kodak dc210 died on me a few days ago. i think it got a heart attack after an interesting photo shoot with my car and a lovely young lady last thursday. =) anyways, i'm in the market for a new digital camera, preferable one that uses compact flash cards as i have a few already.

currently, i'm looking in the $400-600 range and i'm using this for mainly amateur shots. my current choices are:

1) canon s100 digital elph. i know it's not the best camera, but it's tiny.

2) sony dsc-p1. it doesn't use cf, but it has good picture quality and is small in size. also does movies. =)

3) nikon coolpix 880. don't know much about this one.

any other cameras you would recommend? thanks in advance.
