Can ECIS and AA Exhaust Provide Power Boost? (archive)

Can the ECIS and AA exhaust alone (without computer mods) make a positive difference in performance. I've heard and read much about the Shark Injector system and don't feel all that comfortable with the modification and cash involved. I know the exhaust will look and sound better than stock (hardly any power gains). Gotta believe the ECIS cold air system can help, even without computer mods. Calling all experts or experienced buyes to assist. 99M3, UUC Comp Shifter, UUC clutch stop, Red Line ATF D4 in transmission and Red Line in diff -- replacing life-time fluids. Thanks, Scott
