On 96+ M3's, the Dinan "chip" became a software downloaad and not a chip.

I'm getting the Dinan software download and Dinan CAI. I'm going to install the CAI myself. My dealer said when I do, just come in (no appt. necesary) and they'll do the download for me. Should only take about 15 minutes.

Anyway, don't bid on the chip. It won't work on your car.
