btw.. I had the same problem as described above with the UUC Generation 1 clutch stop, the Gen 2 fixed it.
It really get's rid of the unneccessary travel of the clutch pedel. The way it is, stock, the pedel travels too much. With the Ron Stygar clutch stop, you can adjust where the clutch stops. The only problem that I have on my clutch stop is that either the actual clutch pedel or the clutch stop insert tube is displaced to the right. When I put the clutch pedel down, it hits the left side of the clutch stop. If I exert any lateral pressure to the left when I push the pedel down, it will actually miss the clutch stop all togather. But then, this problem has been happening ever since I bought the car brand new. That's probably why the old stock clutch stop ended up breaking on me. (The screw is plastic) Ron has a clutch pedel assembly that eliminates this problem as well. I guess that's next on my list.
