assuming you will already have undone the dual 10mm bolts that hold them on, each coil unplugs from a wiring harness.

GENTLY lift the snap ring up and away.

And when you retorque the bolts to hold the coils, you don't have to king kong them tight. A tad more than snug should do the trick.
