The most important thing to check is the engine.. Do a compression and leakdown test.

Secondly, be sure that the framerails are straight. Look from underneath the car... Sometimes it's well hidden but you can see that they are SHORTER, lol.

I bought a timebomb with bent rails... I wish I could go back in time and prolong my search to find a dependable E30 M3. Oh well..

Now i'm stuck with 300bhp ;-)
