A couple of important points that many aren't picking up on:

- this was a Formula 1 race and no where does it say that Montoya or any other driver needs to back down when being pressured by Schumacher

- Schumi was passing on the outside and at the Remus curve, one of the worst (grip-wise) sections of the track...very risky!!

- you can't put all the blame on Juan as this exact type of racing incident happens all the time and will continue to happen provided the drivers continue to become impatient and try to pass at nearly impossible areas

- and the most important point of all: the FIA didn't (and won't) mention or bother to investigate the incident, giving you an idea of how much a non-incident it was and a completely legal one at that...there will always be a crowd that finds fault in every racing incident
