Did the service clear up the rough idling? I'm having the same issue on cold starts.


Took the 99 M3 in today for the 2 year oil/brake fluid change. Also told them the car has a rough idle in the mornings for about 2 minutes. I am not being arrogant when I say my car is clean... real clean (only has 8500 miles on the ticker). Here is what I get:

Synthetic Oil Change 5w-30 ---- Free
Brake System flush w/ DOT4 ---- Free
Reprogram of OBDII ---- Free
Reprogram of MRS Control ---- Free (recall issue)
Oil stains all over plastic valve cover ---- FREE!
DOT4 dripped over plastic components near M/C ---- FREE!
Replacement of Clear windshield washer fluid with BLUE ---- Free! (Blue stains white cars on hot days)

I requested that the car not be washed (I took it in there pre-washed). I think they followed that one, hard to tell since it is raining outside. Sorry to make this long, but I am a little frustrated at the service I got. Need to vent!
