Amazing! I run 7.5psi on my 95 M3 w/ a mech tech turbo. #'s 280hp & 357 ft/lbs. 2 things to consider about the performance of the 528. 1. Its heavy. 2.Its an automatic. Drive a stock 528 after the mech tech and it will feel like a slug. My recommendation would be to run 7 psi. for awhile ( get use to it ) especially coming out of corners. Then when you get boost burnout up it to 11psi. hope this helps.
This weekend I test drove a 1999 528i automatic with a mectech turbo installed. The turbo was the M3 setup with slight modifications to fit the 528. Very clean install by the way, looks almost factory. The car didnt seem to have the pull like the M3 down low but at higher speeds seemed to be rather impressive for a 2.8 liter, also the fact that it was a stage one. Does anyone have first hand experience with an M3 with the Mechtech? I would expect the M3 to be more responsive and quicker being all the differences are in our favor. I am considering the stage 2 with AA Gen III exhaust, lightened flywheel and sport clutch.

HEY APEX!!! How do i get a hold of you? i just got a mechtech for my 97 m3, and had some questions.? thanx a lot
