I'm sorry to hear about your car. I had a similar incident back in November. Although it took them nearly three months to fix my car, which had some frame damage, it is just as good as new. Everyone here is right- getting your car fixed properly results from a good balance of letting the shop know you are interested and not getting on their nerves so that they are in a hurry to get you out the door.
