NE1 have info on rough idle service bulliten?> (archive)

I seem to remember a post that mentioned a service bulliten for the cold start/rough idle problem. I haven't had any luck finding it in archives. Going in for last service prior to warranty expiration and I want to get it handled if it's covered. Someone also mentioned something about software revisions. Any info is appreciated. Thanks - Jay
