The whole place car in front of wall, yadda^3 isn't very precise. Take it to a service place and have it done for $20 or less. I thought my ellipsoids + HID were aimed okay...and it was way out of spec. Many turns of the adjuster screws later and I was in spec. Now if I want to aim them a bit higher, I only have to mess with the verticle aim adjuster....and I can count how many full turns I used so that I can go back to within spec if I want to.
