So this afternoon my '99 M3 decided to get the top stuck right in the middle of dropping it. No go up, no go down, wouldn't even move by hand. Ended up pulling the emergency under the back seat to disengage the motor...could drop everything down after that. BUT, now the back deck won't lock down.

It's ugly, I know. Anybody else have this happen before? Any clues on where fuse #49 is in the luggage compartment?
