I haven't used them at a driving school yet but they should be fine for that. I'm using them on the street and for autox and they're great for that except for 2 things, they are super dusty and they are noisy. I really like their performance, but I can't wait until they wear out so I can get something else, tired of listening to the squeal and tired of cleaning the wheels. If you're looking for a total track pad, get Hawk blues they're the best, but you'll need an extra set of rotors to use with them.
