$500.00 to replace a bushing sounds nuts!! Have them at least tell you which bushing, and where it is located. Now, the bad part is you have "used up" some of their time, diagnosing your problem. They will probably ask you for 1 hour of time.....50-70 bucks. I think if you fight it, you may not have to pay anything, but the reality is someone put the car on a rack and tried to line it up before determining the bushing problem.
