ass the other day, and my dentist told me I needed x-rays, but the technician wasn't located in the building. So I spoke to the service manager. He explained that time is money, and so on. Bottom line is almost every stealer handles every situation on a case by case basis...Sometimes they'll wave the fee, sometimes not. Try the calm, adult, professional method, and explain to them that you brought your car to them because they had a good reputation in the community for treating people fairly etc.{try not to laugh during this part}. Tell them you know a lot of people who bring their cars in for service and have come back to purchase new cars from them.

Even if you feel you've already pissed them {and yourself} off, it's still worth a shot at either getting the fee waved or reduced.



If you took yourself to a doctor complaining of a pain in your shoulder and the doctor found that he could not help you because it required special surgury, is he not still entitiled to charge you ?? Yes, sorry.
