Two week wait to get in the shop...call me impatient.

The top's cranked back up manually, the motors are re-engaged, and I followed the re-synching procedure (thanks to Chip Baine's pointers) but it still doesn't operate.

Any other ideas?

So this afternoon my '99 M3 decided to get the top stuck right in the middle of dropping it. No go up, no go down, wouldn't even move by hand. Ended up pulling the emergency under the back seat to disengage the motor...could drop everything down after that. BUT, now the back deck won't lock down.

It's ugly, I know. Anybody else have this happen before? Any clues on where fuse #49 is in the luggage compartment?

Thanks...

M
