It's interesting how many people complain about dealer service prices. I had my 97 in for an inspection 2 last week and they charged about $425, doing absolutely everything that BMW lists, and even tested all the lights noting that one backlit control didn't light up...that was covered under warranty. Plus they gave it a bath and did a much better job at that than the Acura dealer ever did on my Integra.

That price seems in line with what others had mentioned and cheaper than some. If I'm sadly mistaken, let me know.


They import these great cars. I can get any part I want in a matter of hours. They offer great service (if you want to pay out the wazzu). Fixing cars is NOT an exact science, there is a lot of trial and error. I think we should lay off the dealer. They're just trying to run a business, while selling and maintaining imperfect machines.
