These mechanics work pretty hard and its nothing like the cubicle land most of us live in. Imagine spending an hour or two under a dirty greasy car to diagnose a problem on a hot day in Cali. After spending your time diagnosing the problem, bruising your knuckles and touching roadkill infested tires the car owner is not interested in fixing the problem and refuses to pay....



They import these great cars. I can get any part I want in a matter of hours. They offer great service (if you want to pay out the wazzu). Fixing cars is NOT an exact science, there is a lot of trial and error. I think we should lay off the dealer. They're just trying to run a business, while selling and maintaining imperfect machines.
