Not against all dealers - just the crappy ones who pull things like marking price up on parts 30% & then give you a 10% BMWCCA discount or try to charge $50 to reset an oil service light when you just paid them for an oil change. In the last year I've lived in Denver & Las Vegas & the difference is extremely dramatic. Both Desert BMW locations suck w/ incompetent service staff & jerky sales staff while Ralph Schomp BMW in Denver was totally honest & went out of their way to do anything for their loyal customers.BMWNA needs to develop a plan to either make the crappy ones disappear or shape up!!!!
