What's up fellas? I don't usually post, just read, but I thought I'd share an experience I had with Long Beach BMW. I bought my M3 there 12/99 and I was given one key and two remotes. I was told the other key was on order, so I waited(no big deal since I only needed one). A few months later, I got the key, but it didn't work. Turns out the previous owner had changed locks and the dealership couldn't get another copy to match. The solution was to get new locks/keys and they wanted me to pay. I said no and called BMW customer service and told them my problem. BMW service called the Used car manager and I later received a call back from the rep who told me it was taken care of. Soon after,I got a call from one of the service guys(Anthony) and he set up an appointment. A few days later, my car had new locks and it didn't cost me a dime. I guess the moral of this long message is that not all dealerships/service reps suck just need to know who vent to.
Sorry to hear about your alignment trouble play//M3. Maybe you could call BMW service (800)345 4269 and see if there is anything they can do.
