I've been thinking about getting this OBD-II ecu upgrade but don't really know if it's really worth buying? Do you really feel a difference from stock afterwards?

I recommend it.

The things that you'll be able to notice:
- more torque
- smoother power delivery throughout the entire RPM range, not dip at ~5500rpm
- smoother shut-off of injectors when lifting off the throttle, very nice in stop-n-go driving

It's not a HUGE difference, like say a supercharger or turbo, but there are noticeable improvements.

You will have to use Premium gas (much of the stock BMW tuning is done assuming most people will NOT use Premium).

Hope that helps,
