The dealer assumes that risk as part of doing business, when they receive the car. The "up-side" of the equation for the dealer is that Play may have been willing to pay the extra $$$ to repair the bushing. If they had not tried to gouge his ass, he prolly would have gotten everything done and everybody would be happy. The stealer fucked up the scenario.
Just go the fuck over there and demand your car back! Make a whole lot of noise, get ignorant, whatever it takes. You took the car in for an alignment, not bushing diagnosis. If they couldn't do the job contracted for, then they don't get paid. Period. You don't have to pay squat. If you pay a single dime, then you've let them run up in ya and take a joy ride in your anal orifice. Just be a man and go get your car back from those suckas! First, you gotta stop crying, though . . .
Now they won't let me speak to the manager. What is that. Is there anything I can do?
