My car is out of warranty now but when I bought it used (still under warranty) I went in about 3 or 4 times for minor stuff like a power steering pump hose that was leaking, squeaky clutch, crap like that. They once charged me .5hr labor to tighten my e-brake, that was b.s...I really had no major issues with them except that it takes forever to even get in there. Oh, and I've recently had a minor problem w/ my climate control fans not turning on, so they wanted 1.5 hours to just look at it...sorry charlie...did it myself.


3.5 years of various cpo service and never have they been able to get it right the first time or not screw up something else. Please post any service experience with them - good or bad. I need to know if my car is cursed or do they just really suck? With them as the only local BMW, my cpo warranty will be the death of me. Is there anywhere in Austin, TX that will do work under a cpo warrantee??
