The problem turned out to be the two fold on a '95 325iA.

1. Blown fuse #41 which effected the Auxilary fan. AUX fan was not working.
2. The Expansion valve( part# 64-11-1-468-479 ) was leaking Freon. Found by performing a Leak test
after Aux fan was working again.

They replaced the blown fuse which fixed the Aux fan, replaced the Expansion valve,
evacuated and recharged the A/C system. The Microfilter was replaced because it was VERY dirty.

Total came up to about $533 with BMWCCA discount( over $600 without! ). $458.78 is covered by
LANCO ( after-market extended warranty)! My cost will be about $75.

Extended warranties are worth the money if you intend to keep you car in the best shape.

The A/C is ice cold now ready for summer!! My wife is happy!
