No problem with the previous info. As far as where to get the shifter/boot, I don't know if you can get "just" those parts for a regular manual tranny. The SMG is the sequential gear box, so I don't know how well those particular parts would integrate with the regular shifter. It was also only available in European models, so I'm not sure where you'd even look.
