New Bushings? Probably depends how old they are. I would the thing the poly. bushing would take a while to go "bad," so I doubt you'd need to worry much.

Squeaking? Yes, lube 'em up really good with a synthetic grease. Also, I've heard that a bit of teflon tape around that portion of the bar will work wonders to get rid of the noise.

Settings? I really like medium front/full stiff rear. Tried soft front/stiff rear for more oversteer and *really* didn't like it at all.
