If condition is as good as you say it is, that seems reasonable for a CPO car. Personally, that means something. Although, I seem to read a lot of post where guys are supposedly buying 97s with good miles for mid-high 20s. I cannot imagine that these cars have any warranty at those prices.

The CPO warranty is reassuring and a good selling point as far as I'm concerned.

and am just wondering what I should ask for it. Its a 97 Sedan Red with Black Nappa, CD, sunroof, cruise and ski sack. Has a few mods (springs, chip, and Dinan CAI). It is also a BMW Certified Car as well. It currently has 83k but does not look like it. It is very well maintained and looks almost as good as the day it was new. Is $24k too much including delivery?
