The ECIS CAI kit is a dramatic improvement for the price. HP, sound, acceleration, all noticeably improved. Personally I like the increased rev and top speed limiters of the Injector, but that's me. I think it works ideally with the ECIS CAI though, they compliment each other very well. Also my car is loud now just with the CAI, I think with an exhaust it would be too loud. Also I've heard that the manufacturers stretch the truth in preformance gains from exhausts. I heard that true HP gains have never been documented from Exhaust upgrades, however the stock exhause is a little weighty. Supposedly it performs better than some of the aftermarket ones though?

I am looking to make some mods to my '99 M3. I have talked to several folks and they all recommend the Dinan exhaust first. As it sounds great and gives a little more power.

I've already done the Conforti upgrade and haven't seen much response with it.

Any help appreciated.

Steve
