Have a pre certified 97 M3 that I've had for a little over a year, brought it in for an alignment and they tell me I need pads in the rear and discs because they are grooved. Shouldn't the warning light tell me I need new pads, especially since they grooved my discs? They told me the light would have gone on any day and that the disks should be replaced anyhow...sounds like BS. Any advice?
