Theres very little difference between the 3.0 and 3.2 they make the same hp, but the 3.2 makes a couple more lb. ft. of torque. However the obd1 is alot diffrent than the obd2 becasue the obd1 is much easier to modify and the gains are greater, but theres very little difference between both cars preformance if they are both stock.
