In 95 I had 968 w/ M030 ( Koni's , turbo brakes) & got my 95 M3. Both cars were chipped but otherwise stock. Two friends & I ( all experienced track drivers ) took the cars to 2nd Creek Raceway near Denver. We expected the cars to be pretty even but w/ all 3 drivers the M3 just blew the 968 away by over 2 sec/lap on 1.7 mile road course.The M3 just carried more speed thru turns & accelerated harder. 968 really not competitive w/ M3.
