it should but i would call crutchfield (# on their website) and ask if the model # for the sony will fit. You will need a harness and an a adapter to correctly install the unit ( costs 50-60 bucks)

I gutted my audio system and put a alpineCDA7969( with 12 disc, mb quartz speakers ,orion amp witha bazooka amplified sub...overall its a nice set up...better than hk thats for sure
