Can't Launch my M3, traction control???? (archive)

I damn near lost to a friggin old camaro with a beefed up engine cause i couldnt launch my car at the light. I think the traction control (even though the button isnt on) is stopping the fuel delivery or something? It just bog's out until it gets traction again. SUCKS BAD!!! Anything I can do about this? Do i have to just feather the clutch?
